RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Riwayat, we take immense pride in the manual embellishment and fabric selection of our couture garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a swift and seamless Exchange procedure.

1. 7-Day Exchange Window

Any standard unstitched garment purchased from our online boutique (theriwayat.shop) can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the garment must remain unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, with all original clothing labels, tags, and luxury velvet packaging bags fully intact.

2. Custom Stitched & Bridal Pieces

Please note that any couture garment that has been custom-stitched, tailored to your personal measurements, or customized from our The Bridal Edit collection is handloomed as a unique masterpiece and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. Return Shipping Charges

For standard exchanges due to sizing changes, the client is responsible for sending the package back to our Lahore flagship design studio. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged garment (e.g., misaligned tilla borders or missing mirrors), The Riwayat will send a courier rider to your doorstep to pick up the item and dispatch a replacement free of charge.
